Case studies
Two platforms we run ourselves.
Not client logos on a shelf — products we designed, built, launched and still operate.
01Live auctions · Syria
Mazadkm مزادكم
- Web
- iOS
- Android
Real-time bidding on web, iOS and Android — Arabic-first, right to left.
In the app

Splash
Cold start under a second.

Home
Live lots, ending soonest first.

Stores
Verified sellers with their own front.

The lot
Bid, countdown, reserve price.
The problem
Auctions in the region ran on phone calls and trust. A high-value bid had to feel as safe as a shop counter — on mid-range phones, patchy connections, and in a language that reads right to left.

What we did
- 01
Arabic-first, not Arabic-also
Laid out RTL from the first screen, with English mirrored after. Retro-fitting RTL is where bilingual products break.
- 02
Bidding that holds
The last thirty seconds decide a lot. Bids, countdowns and outbid notices push to every open client at once.
- 03
One product, three surfaces
Web, iOS and Android share an API and a domain layer, so a bidding rule changes in one place.
- 04
Findable by design
Titles, descriptions and crawler rules come from one service, so no page can be overridden by a stale global tag.
02Money tools · Syria
Liratna ليرتنا
- Web
- iOS
- Android
The converter a whole country needed the week its currency changed.
The problem
One new lira is one hundred old ones. Overnight, every price tag and salary in Syria became a small arithmetic problem — several times a day, for everybody.

What we did
- 01
The conversion, instantly
Old to new and back, as the first thing on screen. No sign-up, no waiting.
- 02
Works with no signal
The maths is offline. Rates sync when there is a connection, and keep working when there isn't.
- 03
The rest of the day's money
Market rates, change calculator, electricity tariff and prayer times for every governorate.
- 04
One build, three places
Web, App Store and Google Play from a single TypeScript codebase.
We build for clients too
Client projects are published once the client is happy for us to. Ask, and we will walk you through work like yours.
